Key Brain Research

Select Research papers supporting the Labor Intervention Brain Injury etiology of Autism.

There has not been a dearth of research out there regarding the possible malpractice relationship to Autism. However many of these papers get swept under the rug by the medical establishment, for fear of legal exposure. Where possible they try to counter the findings in such papers using facetious counter arguments,  alternative studies, etc just to keep parents and interested parties guessing. Unfortunately, malpractice is subjective and specific to individual cases and no study can actually speak for the whole and pointing to genetic causes has been the easy way out. The only genetic involvement in Autism is the genetic response factors involved in the brain traumatic injury response and hypoxic injury response and the inflammatory response factors in either case. Below we have sampled a few papers that are based on solid data based evidence, that point to the birth injury causes of Autism. Data is key and our Data Collection effort tries to cluster autism by Obstetrician and remains the most viable path to victory in courts and compensation to autism impacted kids and families.

Increased Risk of Autism Development in Children Whose Mothers Experienced Birth Complications or Received Labor and Delivery Drugs.

This paper represents the latest smoking gun in a slew of papers over the years that have hinted at brain injury happening with labor interventions. No action has come out of it due to the medical community keeping tabs on the messaging, trying to keep parents in the dark.

This paper clearly established the statistical relationship in the data between induced labor and autism. It created a splash in the autism community when first released. However in their attempt to explain the issue, the authors have mistakenly ended up pointing to chemical effects of oxytocin on the brain, allowing the medical community leeway to manipulate it into a never ending argument, while the true underlying cause of traumatic and hypoxic injury by oxytocin abuse malpractice has not seen the light of day.

The Use and Abuse of Oxytocin.

This is an amazing exposition of the intricacies of induced labor and provides a view into how oxytocin abuse actually comes about in hospitals by British Obstetrician Professors Karl Olah and Philip Steer. The paper was open for a while and has since been locked down from public access, restricted as seems to be the case with most true information. Dr Philip Steer is apparently for banning Oxytocin for labor induction altogether per this  pressreader article

As far back as 1987 this paper went into the details of medical malpractice in birth and warned of the injudicious use of oxytocin and the inadequacies of fetal monitoring. A lot of the current situation with autism might have been mitigated had all this advise been heeded by the obstetrics community.
Perinatal malpractice. Risks and prevention.

White matter alterations in autism spectrum disorder and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder in relation to sensory profile.
Paper talks about white matter damage seen in cases of autism. White matter damage, is damage to areas deep inside the brain. There is one and ONLY one way such traumatic brain damage can come about, at least in children and that is traumatic damage by artificially induced contractions at birth.

Each of these papers make references to a multitude of other papers, so interested parents are encouraged to chase these down if they so desire. But more imperative is to stop the malpractice and demand justice. The most prudent way is to join our Data Collection intiative and help establish clusters of malpractice cases clustered by obstetrician that have a better chance of victory in court.
