Our Data Collection - Terms and Conditions.
As an organization founded by parents of children on the autism spectrum, we completely understand privacy concerns of autism parents and take privacy very seriously. We will only share this data with affiliates on a need to know basis, for the purpose of conducting research medical and legal services.
However, As with any data collection online, there exists possibility for data breach, inspite of our best efforts to secure the data.
Our survey participants shall indemnify and hold harmless Autism Parents Initiative inc, its directors, successors or assignees from and against any and all claims arising from such data breach or disclosure of data intentional or unintentional at any time present or future.
Our organization discloses the information collected in the following ways:
Data might be visible to third party organizations that assist us in data collection and analysis.
To third-party service providers that assist in providing the service or part of the service;
In connection with a substantial corporate transaction, such as the transfer of the service, a merger, consolidation, asset sale or in the unlikely event of bankruptcy or insolvency;
To protect the safety of any person; to address fraud, security or technical issues.
In connection with a subpoena, warrant, discovery order or other request or order from a law enforcement agency.
The directors at Autism PI reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions as we see fit to further safegaurd or improve privacy for all parties involved in the future.
